Welcome

Fairmeadow Camp is a family-run campground featuring 162 campsites, where we can accommodate between 700 and 900 guests. Our mission is to create a welcoming environment focused on safety, community, and comfort for all campers.

Located just a stroll away from the Oregon Country Fair, our campground also offers dedicated parking spaces and campsites for alter-abled campers. Enjoy the comfort of our large covered pavilion equipped with a misting system as we cater to your needs.

Large covered pavilion with seating for 150+ and an overhead misting system covering approximately 8,000 sq ft across the pavilion and surrounding communal areas

Warm showers, dishwashing stations, and drinking water access

BBQs, microwaves, and a small store with snacks and essentials

Free concierge service for essential needs and support during your stay

Also Available

Fenced children's play area with bounce house

Games and activities, including horseshoes, lawn bowling, and board games

Onsite offerings include a food truck and sealed bottles of wine available for purchase from local vendor Blue Dress Winery.

Camp Guidelines

Familiarize yourself with our camp rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Adhering to guidelines helps maintain harmony among guests and nature.

Wristbands & Check-in

  • All campers must download and complete the release form before arrival and sign at check-in

  • Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult

  • Wristbands are required at all times while on the property

  • Lost or damaged wristbands must be repurchased

  • Unauthorized entry or assisting others to enter without registration will result in removal from the property

Safety & Courtesy

Fairmeadow Camp is built on respect and community—“Be excellent to each other!”

  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

  • Music ends at 10:00 PM; gathering area closes at midnight

  • Please keep noise levels respectful at all times

  • Adult activities should remain private within your campsite

  • Leave your campsite clean when departing

  • Camp management is not responsible for lost or stolen items

  • Please respect private areas of the property

  • Check-in: Thursday at Noon

  • Check-out: Monday by Noon

Animals

  • Service animals are welcome

  • All other animals, including emotional support animals, are not permitted

  • Guests with service animals may be asked legally permitted questions regarding their role (no disclosure of disability required)

Prohibited Items

To maintain a safe environment, the following are not allowed:

  • Illegal activity of any kind

  • Unauthorized vending

  • Photography without consent

  • Fires or fireworks

  • Amplifiers

  • Illegal drugs

  • Weapons of any kind

Traffic & Parking

  • Vehicle access is restricted from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM; however, entry and exit can be accommodated in the case of a valid emergency

  • Please plan to remain parked during your stay when possible

  • Speed limit is 3 mph throughout the campground

  • One car per campsite

  • Additional parking (70 spaces) is available on a first-come, first-served basis

  • Overflow parking is available nearby for a fee paid directly to those third-party lots

Reservations are per person, with a discounted group rate:

$180 for one camper​

$170 per person for 2 campers ($340)

$160 per person for 3 campers ($480)

$150 per person for 4 campers ($600)

$140 per person for 5 campers ($700)
